How to Attach a Log

For a current ticket:
1. In the app, click Support (your log is now in your clipboard)
2. Navigate to the email
3. Paste the log and send the email

For a forum post or new ticket:

For versions 4.2+:
1. In the app, click Support
2. Choose Contact Us
3. Describe your problem above the already pasted log and hit next
4. Enter further details and Submit

For other versions:
1. 
In the app, click Support (your log is now in your clipboard)
2. In the opened web browser either create a new ticket, forum post, or comment
3. Paste the log
